  • Payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your card details)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and improve our AI call screening service
  • Screen and qualify incoming calls on your behalf
  • Send SMS notifications and lead summaries to you
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Provide customer support and analytics through your dashboard

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Call recordings and transcriptions are stored in our secure database. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers or financial account details on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Vonage — voice calls and SMS messaging
  • Google Gemini — AI-powered call analysis and lead qualification
  • Supabase — data storage

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation. After that, all call recordings, transcriptions, and personal data will be permanently deleted upon request.

  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
