By accessing and using the website and services of Plango Web ("we," "us," or "our") at plangoweb.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Plango Web provides web design, development, hosting, and automation services for small businesses. Services are provided on a subscription or one-time fee basis as described on our website.

3. User Account

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Subscription Fees: Monthly fees are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Refund Policy: We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our initial setup fee. If you are not satisfied with the design before launch, we will refund the setup fee. Monthly hosting fees are non-refundable once the month has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, you own the copyright to the text and images provided by you and the final visual design of your website. Plango Web retains the rights to the underlying code, system architecture, and reusable components.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Plango Web be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
