1. Service Description

Plango Studios provides AI-powered call screening, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling services for businesses. Our service answers incoming phone calls on your behalf using artificial intelligence, qualifies leads, and notifies you via SMS with call summaries and lead details.

2. Subscription & Pricing

Plango Studios is offered as a monthly subscription at $199.99 per month. The subscription includes all features: AI call screening, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, SMS alerts, analytics dashboard, a dedicated phone number, and unlimited calls.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price changes take effect.

3. Billing & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your initial subscription date. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring monthly charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. When you cancel:

  • Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after the current period ends
  • You will retain access to your dashboard and data until the end of the billing period
  • To cancel, contact us at support@plangoweb.com or through your dashboard

5. Refund Policy

We offer a pro-rated refund if you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription. After the first 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable, but your service will continue through the end of your paid period.

If you experience service issues or downtime that materially affects your business, contact us at support@plangoweb.com and we will work with you on a fair resolution, which may include partial credits or refunds at our discretion.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have a billing dispute, contact us at support@plangoweb.com before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Unresolved billing disputes will be addressed within 5 business days.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Plango Studios for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. The service is intended for legitimate business use — screening and qualifying incoming calls for service-based businesses. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime for our call handling services. In the event of planned maintenance, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers (Vonage, Stripe, etc.) or events outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Plango Studios provides AI-assisted call screening as a tool to help your business. We do not guarantee that every lead will be perfectly qualified or that the AI will handle every scenario flawlessly. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 3 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
